“And we dare anyone to put a game out on the same day. You've been warned!” The line comes from Santiago Ferrero, creative director at Coffee Stain North, and was published alongside the announcement of Ticket to Dizzyworld, the third major Goat Simulator 3 expansion. The date: November 19, 2026, exactly the day GTA 6 arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. The English original was reproduced by VGTimes and also appears as the headline of a Windows Central article.

What the park brings

Dizzyworld swaps the setting for an amusement park with no regulations whatsoever. From the pages we opened (VGTimes, AllKeyShop and CPSTesters), the package includes:

  • an entirely new map, with rides, carnival games and bumper cars;
  • a roller coaster the player builds however they like;
  • a perspective called “First-Goat,” for experiencing the rides from the goat's point of view;
  • Dizzy Tokens, scattered around the map and exchangeable for rewards;
  • new goats and gear, plus achievements and collectibles;
  • according to VGTimes, the chance to turn park visitors and staff into balloons.

None of the three pages gives a price. We also found no price in Brazilian reais, so anyone planning to buy in Brazil will have to wait for the store page.

The date math

The detail that explains the joke is on the calendar. According to Wikipedia, the previous expansion, Baadlands: Furry Road, came out on November 19, 2025, and CPSTesters quotes Ferrero saying Coffee Stain launched Baadlands on November 19 last year and is releasing Dizzyworld on the same date this year. AllKeyShop, however, writes that Baadlands came out on November 29. We go with the 19th, which matches Wikipedia, CPSTesters and the director himself; the 29th looks like a typo on AllKeyShop's part.

The full sequence, per Wikipedia: Goat Simulator 3 arrived on November 17, 2022, the Multiverse of Nonsense expansion on June 19, 2024 and Baadlands on November 19, 2025. In other words, the date was not picked because of GTA 6. What changed is the context: on the 2026 calendar, November 19 is the day of the decade's most anticipated game, and Coffee Stain decided to turn the coincidence into a marketing joke. That is our reading; the sources only carry the director's line and do not explain how the date was chosen.

On which platforms?

The sources diverge. AllKeyShop lists PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on the 19th, with a Switch 2 version planned for later. CPSTesters lists a wider range: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store), iOS and Android. VGTimes notes that the base game is already on PC, PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Series, Switch, Switch 2, iOS and Android, which suggests CPSTesters' long list describes where the base game exists, not where the expansion launches on day one. In our reading, AllKeyShop's narrower version, with Switch 2 later, is the safer bet, but we did not open the official page to confirm. Nintendo players should check before buying.

And if you are playing GTA 6 on the 19th?

In practice almost nothing changes: Goat Simulator 3 and GTA 6 do not get in each other's way. But Ferrero's warning is a good reminder of how big that day is. Anyone who pre-ordered Rockstar's game already knows that digital preload opens on November 12, and the official date is explained in GTA 6 confirms November 19, 2026. To decide how to buy, see pre-orders have started: how to secure yours. If the plan was to spend the day only in Leonida, the goat game becomes weekend material.

A note on tone: the joke is aimed at the game leading this year's conversation. Nothing in the sources suggests Coffee Stain expects to compete on sales; it is promotional humor, and it works because it is upfront.

What is still unknown

In the pages we read, there is no price, no confirmation that the Switch 2 version ships on the 19th, no pre-purchase date and no detailed trailer of the content. We also found no reaction from Rockstar to the joke, and the company is unlikely to comment.
