Rockstar Games has confirmed the prices and exact content of GTA 6's two official editions: the Standard Edition, for $79.99 (R$ 449.90 in Brazil), and the Ultimate Edition, for $99.99 (R$ 549.90) — a $20 difference.
What's included in the Standard Edition
The Standard Edition already includes the complete main campaign, with the entire story of Jason and Lucia and the open world of Leonida, with no narrative content cuts. According to Rockstar itself, the entire main game — world and story — is included at the base price.
What the Ultimate Edition adds
Beyond the complete game, the Ultimate Edition adds a set of 100% optional extra content (single-player, with no effect on the main story):
- Access to Electric Fang, an exclusive tattoo parlor with more than 50 designs from the FAILE artist collective.
- The Classic Car Collection questline, a side mission to locate abandoned classic cars across the map.
- 5 exclusive vehicles and 3 exclusive weapons.
- 2 complete cosmetic packs.
- 5 exclusive businesses, including a much-talked-about barbershop.
- 2 exclusive side missions.
The most important part: none of it changes the campaign
Rockstar was explicit: the entire world and complete story are already available in the Standard edition. All of the Ultimate's extra content is optional, cosmetic, or convenience-related — no item is required to finish the game, and the main narrative is identical in both editions.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — anyone who buys the Standard can separately purchase an Ultimate Edition Upgrade after launch to unlock the extra content. Rockstar hasn't yet announced the exact price of that upgrade.
