Six stars stitched on the side, and six more in pink on the outsole. If this weekend's leaks hold up, that's how Nike will nod to GTA 6's maximum wanted level on a Travis Scott Air Force 1 — on sale the same November 19 the game lands on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

None of it is official. As of Monday morning (November 2), Nike, Rockstar Games and the rapper himself had said nothing, and every outlet covering the story spells that out. Still, the trail left on store listings and release calendars is long enough to take seriously.

Where the story came from

Retail tipped it off. According to sneaker release site Sole Retriever, Canadian store Livestock updated its calendar with two pairs labeled "Nike x Cactus Jack x RS." Cactus Jack is Scott's label; "RS", as the sneaker crowd reads it, stands for Rockstar. Sneaker Market RO — described by Dexerto as Romania's largest sneaker community — flagged a third pair and said an apparel line is coming too.

Sneaker Bar Detroit tells it a little differently, crediting the first colorway listing to Kicks Finder, another release calendar, and logging the model as the "Air Force 1 Low '07 RS." The two accounts aren't contradictory. Most likely the same data showed up on more than one calendar at roughly the same time, which is how these leaks usually happen once product codes reach store systems.

The three pairs and their reported style codes:

  • White/Fire Pink — JJ7602-100
  • Black/Fire Pink — JJ7604-001
  • Multi-Color (Pale Ivory, Black, Bold Berry and Fire Pink) — JJ7603-900

The $130 price shows up at Sole Retriever, Sneaker Files and Sneaker Bar Detroit; Dexerto traces it to a post by the GTA 6 Updates account on X. Every source has the same date: November 19, 2026. Dexerto adds that, per Sneaker Market RO's site, the pairs belong to Nike's Holiday 2026 catalog, which runs October through December.

What the black pair reportedly looks like

This is where the sources split, and it's worth explaining. On Friday (October 31), Complex and Sneaker Bar Detroit both said no images had leaked — Complex ran a placeholder at the top of its story. Sole Retriever and Sneaker Files, the latter published Monday, describe the black pair in detail:

  • a black upper with a debossed pattern that, per Sole Retriever, may trace Vice City's street layout;
  • the reverse Swoosh that defines Scott's Nike collaborations;
  • a pink-and-white GTA 6 money band wrapped around the toebox;
  • six stars on the medial side and pink stars on the outsole, a nod to the max wanted level.

Our read is that the description simply arrived after the first reports, which explains the mismatch — but in the pages we opened we found no photo of the shoe that we could verify. The white and multi-color pairs remain undescribed; Sneaker Files only says Fire Pink should run across all three.

Why Travis Scott

His link to GTA 6 is already official, at least musically. The game's music page on Rockstar's site lists Travis Scott's "RHYNO" among the nine singles already out from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, a 34-track record due November 19. According to GTA Boom, the song was produced by former Daft Punk member Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, and Scott promoted it as "recorded live at the J.O.H." — which fans tied to the Jack of Hearts, the Vice City strip club seen in Rockstar's own footage. We covered the album in GTA 6: The Album.

That's where the rumor of a Scott cameo, as himself or as a character, came from. Rockstar has never said so, and Sneaker Files is careful to point out that a soundtrack spot confirms no role at all. His gaming track record does explain the bet: his Astronomical concert inside Fortnite drew tens of millions of players in 2020, and he later became a creative partner for PlayStation around the PS5 launch.

Apparel and the Miami Heat

Sole Retriever also reports a Travis Scott x Nike x Rockstar clothing collection and a four-way collaboration with the Miami Heat, possibly tied to the team's "Vice City" night on November 18 — the eve of launch. The Heat event itself is confirmed and something we've covered: the Miami Heat turns into Vice City with an apparel line and a themed game. Scott's involvement in it is what remains merely reported.

If it pans out, it would be one more piece of a campaign that has already put real Burger Shot signage in Miami and an official collection on the Rockstar Store.

What about Brazil?

That's the open question. None of the sources we read mention a release outside North America: Sole Retriever cites Nike and unnamed "select retailers," Sneaker Files mentions the SNKRS app and NBHD stores and calls the release limited, and Sneaker Bar Detroit says it doesn't know whether it will be global. Travis Scott collaborations sometimes hit SNKRS in other countries and sometimes don't — and when they do, they tend to sell out in minutes.

For a yardstick: in 2024, Billboard Brasil converted a $200 Travis Scott sneaker into roughly R$ 1,159 at the exchange rate of the day, before import taxes. A $130 pair would land below that, though shipping and duties change the math, and resale is another story entirely. VGTimes notes that Scott's "Ice Blue" Air Force 1 retailed for $120 and topped $550 on StockX; the site expects these to resell for less, given three pairs and a wider release.

One more comparison, also from VGTimes: $130 is more than either GTA 6's Standard ($79.99) or Ultimate ($99.99) edition in the US. If you're torn between editions of the game itself, see our Standard vs. Ultimate breakdown.

What nobody has confirmed

Across the sources we read, these remain open: whether the partnership officially exists; whether there will be sales in Brazil or Latin America; what the white and multi-color pairs look like; whether the apparel line and the Miami Heat piece will happen; and whether Travis Scott plays any part inside the game. Complex suggests waiting for confirmation from the partners "in the coming weeks" — and with 17 days to launch, the answer shouldn't take long.
